Mental health, respite & behaviour support
Support that meets you where you are

When mental health challenges, complex behaviours or everyday pressures become difficult to manage, the right support can create space to reset, feel safer and move forward.

We provide respite and Short Term Accommodation in Queensland, with a strong focus on mental health, emotional wellbeing and individualised support. We also provide Specialist Positive Behaviour Support Australia-wide, including via telehealth.

Whether you need a supportive break, help managing behaviours of concern or guidance to build greater stability and confidence, our approach is shaped around your needs, strengths and goals.

Ways we can help

Practical help for
everyday life and complex needs

Building on your strengths
We build on what already works for you

We start with what already makes things easier, such as a calmer morning routine, someone you trust or a coping strategy that helps when stress builds.

If mornings are getting harder, that might mean laying out clothes the night before, breaking the routine into smaller steps or having someone help you get started.

How we work with you
Hope starts with being heard

We listen first. With extensive experience across adult mental health, complex behaviours, risk, forensic settings and community-based support, we understand that every person’s circumstances are different and that meaningful support starts with understanding the whole picture.

We take the time to learn what is difficult right now, what matters to you and what you would like to change. Our approach is strengths-based, practical and informed by almost 20 years of experience supporting people with complex mental health needs.

Support today, empower tomorrow means helping with what feels difficult now while building confidence, understanding and greater choice over time.

When you’re ready, we’re here

If stress, emotions or everyday life are becoming harder to manage, tell us what’s happening and what you’d like to change. We can help you look at the options and help you decide what feels right for you.
